Ikea, a world leader in decoration and a pioneer in improving the shopping experience, is committed to introducing digital kiosks from OINeo (the smart retail division of Neo) in its Malaga centre.
The project arises from the customer guidance initiative and is based on an application with wayfinding functions. In this application the customer consults the best route according what they are interested in purchasing, as well as to discover the shortcuts designed to enable the purchasing process.
The system developed by Neo optimises queue management in the customer service area of IKEA centres. Improvements made:

- Redirect services and optimise their use
